Our Story
Fibocolon didn't start as a business plan. It started as a habit that never went away.
Long before there was a company, there was a teenager fixing family and friends' computers — reinstalling Windows, cleaning up machines everyone had given up on, and getting a small thrill every time someone said their computer felt new again.
That habit of helping turned into teaching. He became an assistant to the instructor at an IT institute, which is where the real lesson landed: knowing the technology matters far less than being able to explain it to the person in front of you.
Studying computer engineering added the structure underneath the instinct — systems, architecture, and the discipline to figure out why something breaks instead of guessing at it.
Over a decade of hands-on work followed, helping business after business choose the right solution for their situation rather than the most expensive one. Same instinct as the computers in the basement, higher stakes.
Fibocolon opened its doors in February 2021 with one promise: solve business problems with white-glove service, and deliver value instead of just a service. That promise is still the only thing every team member is measured against.
More than 120 businesses later, the work is the same and the tools are sharper. AI now answers the calls that used to go to voicemail and follows up on the quotes that used to slip — but a person on our team is still the one accountable for your results.

I've been the person people call when technology gets in their way since I was a kid fixing my family's computers. Nothing about that has changed — the businesses are bigger, the problems cost more money, and the answer is still to sit down, understand the situation, and find the solution that actually fits.
